The Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX was manufactured from 2005 until 2008, a rather long production run for an EVO car.
Power came from the famous 2.0 four-cylinder twin scroll turbocharged Mitsubishi 4G63 engine, fitted for the first time with MIVEC, Mitsubishi’s variable valve lifting technology. Output is 293hp and 392nm, power goes to four wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox.
The interior is original except for the cheap looking after-market radio.
Massive adjustable wing was factory standard.
This particular car was for sale for a cool 619.500 yuan, it was made in 2007 and had 38.000 kilometers on the clock. Amazingly, that is much more than the new, indicating that the EVO IX has already become a collectors item. When new, it was priced at 455.000 yuan. That’s a nice appreciation!
Wing alone is worth the money…
