This is a Dilong DL350-A, a new low-speed electric vehicle (LSEV) from China. It has four doors, four seats, roof rails, and a trendy Volkswagen nose.

LSEVs are not allowed on main roads or highways, their maximum speed cannot exceed 50 km/h. But the good thing is: you don’t need a license to drive one, you don’t need a license plate, and in most cities you don’t need insurance either.
Dilong is a new LSEV maker based in Henan Province. They make a series of small and medium-sized four-wheel and three-wheel LSEVs. Hopefully we find more of their cars on the road.
The interior too has a taste of Volkswagen. The Dilong DL350-A is well equipped with a digital instrument panel and a touch screen. The FM radio has an USB slot. The gear lever looks a bit too petrol-powered for an electric vehicle.
The rear bench is big enough for two kinds or grandma, but here it only seats a charging cable.
The Dilong DL350-A is powered by an electric motor with 4.7 hp. The motor is mated to a 72V100Ah lead-acid battery. Charging at home on 220V takes 12 hours, and that is long, even for the low-tech LSEV segment. Top speed is 45 kilometers and hour and range is 120 kilometers. Size: 3500/1600/1520, and wheelbase is 2250. Price starts around 20.000 yuan.
The rear with a roof spoiler and shark-fin antenna that seemed fake. But look at this:
These lights are a work of art. They put a lot of effort in designing them. Makes one wonder what is up next…
The DL350-A badge.
Red stripe very Volkswagen GTI. Racy..!
