A very trendy Opel Agila Njoy, seen on the road in Beijing. The Njoy was a special edition of the Opel Agila, which in turn was based on the Suzuki Wagon R+.

The first generation ‘Agila A’ was made from 2000 until 2007. The Agila Njoy got a cool dual tone paint job, an enclosed third-side window with an Njoy badge, roof rails, and an slightly more luxurious interior with a standard CD-player.
All the ones sold in China had this brown-silver color combination. Interestingly, Agila Njoy was not sold via the normal Opel dealer network, but via the gray market. Price in 2003 started at 159.800 yuan.
There are quite a lot of these things on the road, so I suspect Opel offered some kind of support. The second generation Agila was officially sold in China, but only for a short while.
Sweet brown seats with an Njoy logo. Power came from a 1.2 liter four-cylinder petrol engine with 75 hp and 110 Nm. With those horses the Njoy could go 155 km/h and do 0-100 in 14 seconds flat.
Closed side window made for a bigger blind spot. But hey, it is a special edition, right?
The Opel Agila Njoy, a cool German-Japanese specialty in China.
