This badass tricycle is a Fulu Jinjunma FL600ZK-3A. It is big, it is red, and best of all: it is petrol powered. Yes, there are still some petrol holdouts after the electric invasion!
The Fulu Jinjunma FL600ZK-3A is manufactured by a company called Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Corporation, they are based in the great city of Dezhou in Shandong Province. They make a series of LSEVs and a series of small petrol-powered vehicles.
Fulu is the brand name. It means Lucky Road. Jinjunma is the car’s name. It means Golden Steed. FL600ZK-3A is the type name.
The Jinjunma FL600ZK-3A is the largest and most powerful motorized tricycle in Fulu’s lineup. It is powered by a 600 cc two-cylinder water cooled engine with an output of 32 hp, good for a 60 km/h top speed.
It is rated as a four-seater, sized: 3256/1500/1546, with a 595 kg curb weight.
Price for all this pretty starts around 20.000 yuan, depending on exact specifications. That is not much money for a big red trike!
The interior is dressed up with a trendy color scheme, with sporty dials and a thick-rimmed steering wheel. Radio may seem after-market but it is indeed the standard factory unit.
The rear bench is folded up here. Perhaps the owner had to transport an electric bicycle that had run out of juice.
I like the way it looks, with speedy stickers over the doors, sporty wheels, roof rails, blacked-out windows, black window frames and door handles, and of course the roof spoiler. But I am not so sure about what they did with the rear window, and especially with the ugly black piece of plastic below it.
There it is: an exhaust pipe! Have a good look, because in five years or so the electrics will have won the war, and even the last petrol-powered vehicles will be dead.
But until then; here is the Fulu Jinjunma FL600ZK-3A.
A proper badge for a proper vehicle.
It also has two wipers. Most vehicles of this size in this segment have only one. What a car!
