A very pretty Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL, seen near the Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing, capital of China. The great Mercedes was in super shape and painted in white, a rather rare color for the S-Class in China.
The car stood on these sporty 6-spoke wheels fitted in small but wide tires.
The Mercedes-Benz was manufactured from 1991 until 1998. The 300 SEL model was powered by a 3.2 liter six-in-line with an output of 230 hp and 315 Nm. The engine was mated to a 4-speed automatic. The ‘SEL’ was the long-wheelbase variant with extra space in the rear compartment.
License plate is an oldie of Shandong province, about 550 kilometers south-east of Beijing. That’s a distance of absolutely nothing for this mighty S road-eating machine.
