A Mazda 6 sedan, seen in Beijing in 2013. The good Mazda was wrapped in a matte pink wrap and further sexed up with pink wheels and darkened windows. The triple 6 license plate completes the already pretty picture.
The second generation Mazda 6 hatchback and sedan (GH1) were made in China by the FAW-Mazda joint venture, from 2009 until 2015. In China, it was called the Mazda 6 Ruiyi (睿翼). There were two gasoline engines available: a 2.0 with 147 hp and 184 Nm and a 2.5 with 169 hp and 224 Nm. Only gearbox was a 5-speed automatic. Prices started at 164.800 yuan.
The wrap was of mediocre quality but neatly applied over the entire car, including over the mirrors, door handles, rear spoiler, and most of the bumpers. The Mazda 6 was a popular car in period and many are still around today. But only a few are wrapped in pink!
