This is a pinky Porsche 718 Boxster T, seen in a residential area in south Beijing in the summer of 2024. The Porsche looked perfect in pink, grabbing all the attention and all the light of the sun. Well, it was a cloudy day.
The Boxster was wrapped in a high-quality pink wrap with amazing effects. Depending on where one stood, the pink seemed either shiny or matte. The Porsche was further sexed up with darkened head light visors, darkened windows, black multispoke alloy wheels, black air inlets, and a black convertible roof. The black colors contrasted nicely with the pink body.
The interior was left untouched, which was a bit of a letdown. The Porsche 718 Boxster T is a sporty convertible, launched in 2019 and manufactured until 2022.
The pink wrap was of very high quality. The wrapper did some great wrapping work, extending the wrap over the rear spoiler, the door handles, the mirrors, and even over the diffuser-like sections in the lower bumper. Great work!
Power came from a 2.0-liter turbocharged boxer engine with an output of 250 hp and 310 Nm. The motor was mated to a 7-speed DCT, sending all horses to the rear wheels. The top speed was 260 km/h and 0-100 took 5.6 seconds. The Boxster T sold for 565,000 yuan in 2022. A wrap like this will likely add another 20.000 yuan to the price. Worth it? Sure!
The pink Porsche stood next to a gray long-wheelbase Brilliance BMW 5Li. What a difference a pink wrap can make!
