This little beauty is a Wuling Mini EV Macaron Edition, as seen in the Chinese capital Beijing last summer. The tiny electric car looked great. It is painted in White Peach Pink with a white roof and cool 3-spoke black-pink wheels.

This is an Honqgi CA7200, a Chinese sedan based on the Audi 100. I saw this great vehicle back in 2012 in Beijing. It was a little dusty, but in those days, everything was. Otherwise, the CA7200 looked great for its age.

A Ford Mondeo sedan, seen at a car market in east Beijing on a hot summer day. The Mondeo is normally a rather mundane sedan but this one was not. It was wrapped in a shiny blue wrap and sexed up even further with darkened windows, wide tires, and 5-spoke alloy wheels.

A Chevrolet Corsica LT sedan, as seen in the Chinese capital Beijing back in 2016. The good Chevy was in reasonable shape and still in use. It was dusty but otherwise all right, painted in a classy shade of wine red.

This is a Lamborghini Murcielago LP 650-4 Roadster, as seen in the old Volkswagen Group China headquarters in the Sanlitun area in Beijing. The Murcielago LP 650-4 Roadster was a limited edition, with only 50 units produced from 2009 until 2010.
A Renault Scenic RX4, seen at a car market in east Beijing in 2014. The good RX4 was a bit dusty but otherwise in fine shape. The Renault Scenic RX4 was a 4×4 off-road version of the first-generation Scenic MPV.

Here we have a Li L8, seen in the Chinese capital Beijing. The L8 is the second-largest Li SUV and it is an impressive machine. It looks luxurious, high-tech, and huge. Even so, it is pretty slippery with a drag coefficient of only 0.297 Cd. Li likes factual color names, not the poetic stuff that other car makers do. The L8 that I saw is painted in a color simply called ‘Gold’.

A beautiful BMW 330 Ci, as seen on a car market in the west of the Chinese capital Beijing. The speedy Bimmer was a bit dusty but otherwise in great shape, painted in Titanium Silver and still rolling on the original alloy wheels.

A massive Norinco VP11 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle, as seen on a police equipment show in Beijing in 2012. The huge machine was parked in a tiny booth in the exhibition hall, there was barely enough space to walk around it.
