A Peugeot 505SX sedan, seen at a fishing port in the great beach town of Nandaihe in Hebei Province in August 2011. The good Peugeot was as dusty as the surroundings but appeared to be in a fine shape, painted in silver with darkened windows, with the original factory wheels, and with a Chinese flag attached to the antenna. Behind the car are fishing boats, fishing equipment, a tractor, and a refrigerated truck.

A rare Tianjin Xiali TJ7101L, seen parked near a car market in Beijing in the late autumn of 2017. The good Xiali was a bit dirty but all cars are in that time of year. Happily, it was in a reasonable good shape.

A Mazda RX8 sporty car, seen on a car market in east Beijing in 2012. The good Mazda was dusty and fitted with a hefty body kit. The kit included a completely new nose, wider side skirts, a new rear bumper, and a big wing on the back.
A Brilliance Coupe sporty car, seen in Beijing in 2018. The Coupe looked beautiful in dark blue and it seemed in great shape, although the headlight visors looked slightly faded.

A superbly cool Yunque-Subaru GHK7071A Sports-4, seen in a Beijing hutong near Dongzhimen in 2011. The good GHK was in a fine shape, with some dents and bruises here and there. It was painted in white with the factory stickers, body kit, and sporty wheels.

And that day in 2011 I was on my way to elsewhere and found a Porsche display near the gates of Terminal 3 (T3) of the Beijing Capital International Airport in China. A typical departure area with boring shops and overpriced food. So seeing some Porsches was very good.

A Baojun 310W wagon, seen near a Baojun dealer in Beijing in 2017. The 310W was in a great shape, wrapped in a Bape-themed wrap and further dressed up with darkened windows, racy matte gray alloy wheels, and a ski box on the roof.
