Rolls-Royce Cullinan Is Turquoise Blue And Matte Gray In China
A Rolls-Royce Cullinan, seen in Beijing in 2021 by Joachim, thank you for the photo! The gigantic Roller is painted in an interesting bespoke color scheme with a turquoise blue body and the matte gray bonnet and roof. The windows are darkened and it stands on the standard 5-twin spoke wheels.
The Cullinan is a boat of car with suicide doors, 5.3 meters long and weighing a massive 2.7 ton. Price is steep too, starting at 6.1 million yuan. Happily, it has lots of power to move its weight. Engine is a 6.7 liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine with an output of 563 hp and 850 Nm.
The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission sending horses to all four wheels. Top speed is limited to 250 kilometers per hour and 0-100 is gone in 5.2 seconds. It takes a but of gasoline though, as the Cullinan drinks 14.9 liters per 100 kilometer, no matter which color is has.
Tesla Model S In Pink In China
A Tesla Model S, seen at a Tesla charging station in Beijing in January 2019 by Lao Wei, thank you for the picture! The Model S was wrapped in a matte pink rosé wrap, and further dressed up with darkened rear windows, dark headlight visors, and dark black wheels. Inside sits a female with a yellow cap on her head, it seems she is looking at her phone.
The wrap seems high quality and it is neatly wrapped around the whole car, leaving only the window frames and the door handles. Like in the rest of the world, Tesla only offers a very limited number of colors for their cars in China. Wraps are cheap so many Tesla’s get the wrapping treatment.
Current price of the Tesla Model S in 2019 started at 722.800 yuan, which was, and still is, very steep. The Model S never really took off in China but the X became quite popular. But Tesla sales really took off with the Tesla Model 3, and later on with the China-made Model 3.
